Christmas Time

Neither of us have ever been a part of the blog world so I'm not sure how to get this thing going, so I'll just dive right in.

We've been having a lot of fun decorating and planning all of our Christmas delights for the past 6 weeks and now it seems to have caught up with us. We had our two trees up a month ago and have been gathering and sharing ideas for months and now we seem to be running out of steam. Maybe next year we'll wait until Thanksgiving to put the tree up. We're looking to complete our Christmas shopping this week and be able to spend next weekend up in Virginia with my folks and my two brothers.

Anyway, Sara's finals are over and now she must prepare for her boards which are in 3 weeks. I am currently looking at different options career wise. I've had some fun in the mortgage industry the past year but I'm ready for something more stable and reliable as far as income goes.

During all of this craziness the past few weeks and in the weeks to come we are praying for Godly wisdom and strength as important decisions and tasks are to be dealt with. It is very easy to get wrapped up in ourselves and we continually remind each other that we can't conrol every detail but we must prayerfully give God's will the legs it needs to come to be and be good stewards of the blessings He places upon us.
